Half Moon Farm
On 32 acres near Aiken, South Carolina, Half Moon Dressage provides facilities for dressage training.
Our open, airy barn allows for fresh circulation with insulation for year round comfort. In the summer our ceramic water-misting cooling system and eco-friendly fly system maintain the horse's comfort. Each stall has a separate fan and free access to its own exterior porch. Stalls and porches are lined with 1½" rubber mats.
Boarders also enjoy our swamp cooler, heated tack room with washroom, and laundry facilities.

The Arenas
The new outdoor arena is 100 by 200 feet. Fitted with dressage arena fencing and flower tower letters, it sits in our 13 acre exercise area. With ample space for seating and a separate entrance for trucks and trailers, we can accomodate clinics or special events.
The covered arena, attached to the barn, is 60 feet by 175 feet, of which 100 feet are covered. It has been surfaced with the WEG felt footing, and is a super area to stay dry or out from under the direct sun.

Turnout Paddocks
There are 11 turnout areas covering 15 acres, cross-fenced with three-board and topped with electrical wire.These allow the horses to graze on the Coastal Bermuda grass in summer, and Winter Rye in the winter. Mothers have room to wander, and babies can grow up strong, playing tag and kicking up their heels in the open spaces.
